Yes, you have 12 hours from the time your order was placed. Send us an e-mail and we will modify or cancel your order, and make a full refund if necessary.

We deliver worldwide, however delivery times may vary from country to country.

Certainly, if your item arrives damaged, send it back to us and it will be fully refunded.

Yes, just contact us and we will tell you the procedure. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the order to request a refund. All you have to do is return the item to us in its original packaging and condition and you will be refunded unequally upon receipt of the package. However, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer service via the Contact tab on our website.

We ship items between 12 and 48 hours. Delivery takes approximately 12 to 18 days for the United States. For other countries, delivery may take a few more days. If your product has not arrived after 60 days, we will give you a full refund. However, this only happens very rarely.
